One-Time Passcode (OTP)

The BOC Home Oxygen Portal will use a One-Time Passcode (OTP) as part of its Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process. When a user logs in, a unique security code will be sent to their registered email address. The user must enter this code to complete the authentication process, providing an additional layer of security beyond their username and password and helping to protect against unauthorised access.

How to Log In

Enter your username and password, then click Login.

A pop-up window will appear requesting your One-Time Passcode.

An OTP is sent to your registered email. If not visible, check your Spam/Junk folder.

Enter the OTP into the pop-up and click Submit.

You will be logged in once the OTP is successfully verified.

I entered the OTP. Why am I getting "Invalid One-Time Passcode (OTP)"?

Each login attempt generates a unique OTP. Before entering your OTP, ensure that the timestamp displayed in the login pop-up matches the timestamp in the OTP email you received.

In the example below, the OTP pop-up displays a timestamp of 8:16:52 PM . Open the email with the matching timestamp and enter the OTP provided in that email. Using an OTP from a different login attempt will result in an Invalid One-Time Passcode (OTP) error.
